Welcome to Veri. By submitting an application, joining our waitlist, participating as a member, connector, matchmaker, community partner, or otherwise using Veri, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Veri Is Not A Matchmaking Guarantee
Veri provides tools, introductions, community experiences, and opportunities to connect with others.
We do not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, compatibility, responses, or any particular outcome.
Participation in Veri does not guarantee romantic, personal, professional, or social connections.
2. Membership Is By Invitation
Veri reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership applications at its sole discretion.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Veri may limit membership based on community needs, geography, demographics, participation levels, safety concerns, or other operational considerations.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your interactions, communications, relationships, meetings, and experiences with other users.
You agree to exercise good judgment and take appropriate precautions when communicating with or meeting other individuals.
Veri is not responsible for the conduct, actions, statements, behavior, or representations of any user, connector, matchmaker, or community member.
4. Connectors & Introductions
Veri allows friends, family members, and other trusted individuals to participate in the introduction process.
Opinions, recommendations, descriptions, endorsements, and statements made by connectors represent their personal views and do not represent Veri.
Veri does not independently verify all information provided by connectors or applicants.
5. No Background Checks
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Veri does not conduct criminal background checks, credit checks, employment verification, identity verification, or other screening investigations on applicants or members.
Users should not assume that any member has undergone such screening.
6. Assumption of Risk
By participating in Veri, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

Dating relationships

Personal interactions

Online communications

Community events

Introductions facilitated through Veri
You acknowledge that interactions with other individuals may involve risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
7. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Veri, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, disputes, or expenses arising from:

Dates

Relationships

Breakups

Communications

Community events

Actions of other users
This release applies whether interactions occur online, in person, or through community activities.
8. Community Standards
Members are expected to treat others with respect, honesty, and consideration.
Veri reserves the right to remove any applicant or member for behavior including, but not limited to:

Harassment

Threats
-
Hate speech
-
Fraud
-
Misrepresentation or "Catfishing"

Repeated ghosting or disruptive behavior

Conduct that negatively impacts the community

9. User Content
By submitting information, photos, responses, testimonials, recommendations, or profile content, you grant Veri permission to use such content for operating the platform and facilitating introductions.
You retain ownership of your content.
10. Events
Participation in Veri-sponsored events is voluntary.
Attendees assume all risks associated with attending events and agree that Veri is not responsible for injuries, losses, property damage, disputes, or other incidents arising from participation.
11. Changes To Services
Veri may modify, suspend, delay, or discontinue any feature, event, membership program, waitlist, launch timeline, or service at any time.
12. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
